Delete account and data
Users of My Motivator may request deletion of their account and related data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@appserver24.de with the subject:
My Motivator data deletion
Please include
- the Google email address used in the app;
- a short request to delete the account and data;
- if needed, information to confirm account ownership.
Data that will be deleted
- user profile;
- app settings;
- personal entries, thoughts, goals and cards;
- progress history and account-related data.
What may be retained temporarily
Some technical records may be retained temporarily if required for security, abuse prevention, legal requirements or technical integrity of the service.
Processing time
The request will be processed after account ownership is confirmed.
